1. Terms
By accessing the Zailands Pay website or mobile app, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms of service, all applicable laws and regulations. You also agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing our service. The materials contained in this website are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law. 

2. Disclaimer
Zailands Pay does not warrant or make any certainty concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the services on it’s mobile app. 

3. Accuracy of materials
The materials appearing on Zailands Pay’s website or mobile app could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Zailands Pay does not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete or current. Zailands Pay may make changes to the materials contained on its website at any time without notice. However Zailands Pay does not issue any commitment to update the materials. 

4. Modifications
Zailands Pay may revise these terms of service for its website or App at any time without notice. By using this website you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service. 

5. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the contract laws of Gombe State of Nigeria and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location. 

6. Verification
You may not use the Zailands Pay service under an unverified status, thus every account must certainly undergo a moment of due process of email verification.

a) To ascertain that you’re matched properly, you may not exceed a maximum input of three wrong information.

b) Zailands Pay reserves the right to close every account with any wrong information, including accounts it deems suspicious. 

7. Suspended
You may be suspended to conduct further services across our platforms for 48hrs if your account is suspected for any of the below but not limited to the following reasons:

a) any fraudulent activity
b) mentioning or advertising any other platforms on any of our open/closed platforms However, customers may need to contact support with a strong evidence to retrieve access to account, with a definite provision of security requirements.

8. User type
Upon registration, users may provide information that evidence Zailands Pay to access account type which may vary between Users and Agents.

a) Zailands Pay may require further information from agents specifically, including address, resident city and registration funds. 

9. Transaction status
Transaction status may vary between different level of technical incompetents from service providers or unconfirmed actions.

a) Your transaction may fail upon any of the following circumstances; Pending, unconfirmed and declined.

b) Affected users may contact support immediately for complaint or otherwise hold if transaction reads completed. 

10. Company's Liability
We shall not be personally liable for any negligent or reckless act by a Customer or Agent who disclosed his/her details to a third party either knowly or otherwise, which may occassion any loss to such Customer or Agent while using our services. 

11. Account Status
However, if your account is suspended due to violation of any terms & conditions, your wallet balance will be forfeited. 

12. Price and fees
Zailands Pay reserves the right to change the price of any service at any time without prior notice. Price of commodities and services may vary from time to time. 

13. Withdrawal/Transfer
You can withdraw funds from your main wallet balance from 1 naira to 5000, 5001-1000, 10001-15000 respectively @100 charges on each interval of 5000. We will charge

from your wallet balance. Note: if the charges is not sufficient you should reduce from the transfer amount e.g you want to withdraw #10000 and it's only 10k remain in your wallet balance you should substitute #200 charges from your  withdrawal amount.

14. Agent fee 
Agent fee is #1500 once for life and it is not refundable.
